Last year, our class created a video to commemorate Martin Luther King, Jr. each student developed a dream statement and added a photo of their choosing to accompany the statement. We used Stupeflix to create the video. Here is the Final Product.

Book Trailers:  In case you haven't seen any, book trailers are a very popular way to replace the dreaded book report.  Students combine images, music and video to create a "trailer" for a book, enticing others to read it and demonstrating their understanding of the main concepts of the book.  Here's a great example:
